Streamline Developments is a partnership made up of Paul Nichol and John Gregory , both of us are time served qualified joiner/carpenters, that combined have over forty years experience working in just about every avenue of the construction and manufacturing industries.

 

In this time we have completed certificated courses, qualifications and gained extensive  knowledge and experience in various other construction trades, as in Electrical works, Plumbing works, Tiling, flooring, glazing, upvc and other plastic works, decorating, landscaping etc...

 

We have carried out  numerous projects and maintenance works in both commercial and residential  properties, from small shops to large manufacturing factories, bedsits to hotels and terraced houses to country manor houses.

 

We have also completed a number of various projects within conservation areas and listed buildings, liasing and working with Architects, Planners, both Listed building and Heritage societies and also local Athorities.

 

We are a hands on partnership that greatly enjoy and carry out every aspect of any project undertaken, from the initial quotation visit to the site works needed and through to final completion. 

 

We also have other skilled tradesmen that we have used for a number of years, that we call on to carry out works as and when needed, enabling us to be able to offer a full in house service covering all aspects of maintenance and property improvements.
